Scam or telemarketers of some kind. answer it and say "SGT so and so Internet crimes" they will stop. Don't Identify yourself s "officer" anybody or as "Police" anything. just "SGT" and crimes division. That's vague, could be a lot of things, and keeps you out of trouble. It tends to work. Nothing else does, reporting them does nothing. the FCC will do nothing. Calling back will do nothing. If they continue to want t talk to you after you've said that-start asking questions-Their name. The number they are calling from, what business they are associated with, ID numbers, location, address....trust me they will be gone. And until a new guy starts working for them, they wont bother you. When they do call again do the same thing. Its all that works.

Calls and then doesnt say anything. Calls a few times a day late at night. Really annoying...I am unable to call it back. Just says call cannot be completed.
